- Once you have placed an order you want your new items to be delivered quickly. We strive to provide the quickest shipping to your address and will choose the best shipping carrier to ensure timely delivery based on your choice of regular ground shipping or "rush" shipping. If the item you order is in stock, it will usually ship from our warehouses within 1 to 3 business days. Items that are in short supply or on allocation from our manufacturers may take up to 10 business days to ship. We will inform you by email or phone if your order is delayed. Certain items will require that an adult signature be provided to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery due to local laws and regulations. Please contact us by telephone or by email if you have special delivery needs that will be affected by these signature requirements. Orders take, on average, 5-8 days to arrive. If you require items by a specific date (gift, hunting trip, etc) please inform us immediately so that we can do our best to meet your deadline.

There are times when an item must be returned and we understand that's why we have put together an easy method for processing returns. Please read over the following:
Requesting Return Authorization
Products returned must have a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number, which we provide. This allows us to efficiently track and process your return. Return authorization requests can be submitted through this contact form .Please have your order number, or our confirmation number available as proof of purchase when you request authorization for return. Items should be returned still new, unused and in original packaging with all accessories included. Equipment that has been opened from sealed packaging or tried out is unfortunately not returnable.
The RMA number provided to you MUST be written on the outside of the shipping package for immediate identification. Without an RMA number, packages can not be accepted. We will provide shipping instructions at the time the RMA number is assigned. RMA numbers will remain active for 30 days from the date of issue. Products must be returned during that time.
